I'm getting rejection from Medicare, UHC for EKG code 93000 even when submitted with payable dx. The denial code is M80: Not covered when performed during the same session/date as a previously processed service for the patient. Is the any new NCCI for this code, 93000, if so, where I can find it. Thanks!!!
