Wiki 93005 & 93010 billed together?

Hi all, a friend of mine had a cardiac clearance and the clinic billed 93005 and 93010. I don't work in cardiology; can someone explain why it is ok to bill both codes? Thanks!

The 93005 is the facility's technical charge for performing the actual tracing, and the 93010 is the physician's professional charge for the interpretation and report.
