93306-26/bill 2 for 1 date of service

Hi, Can I bill for 2 echocardiograms (93306-26) for the same dates of service? I am getting denied with a 76 modifier.

The echoes were done on different days but the physician electronically signed the reports on the same day, this is for a Medicare claim.

I agree. Our clinic actually received a notice from our local Medicare rep stating that this is how to handles circumstances such as this.
