Radiologists are billing 93922 for ABI with the following documentation:

INDICATIONS: r23.3 spontaneous ecchymosis

FINDINGS: Right ABI: 1.22
Left ABI: 1.15

IMPRESSION: Symmetric and within normal limits

I don't think that's enough.

Any insight is appreciated
