Wiki 93922 Payment Amount Question

I'm seeing different payment amounts from UHC's Empire Plan for 93922 (ABI). Sometimes $77 and sometimes $139. I'm not able to see the billing details, just the payment amounts. Does anyone have any idea why there would be this difference?
