Wiki 93971 Medicare not paying

This is how we are billing the following and Medicare is not paying
93971-V72.83 & 996.73 with Modifier 26
G0365-V72.83

93990-996.73 with modifier 26

Can any one help me get this paid by Medicare?

Yes you can use a V code first listed for Medicare.. some V codes are first listed only allowed. You should never avoid using a V code when it is the correct code.
What does the Mcare denial state as the reason for denial?

Check you LCD for 93971, V72.83 can be first listed code but sec code needs to be 996.74 :
