Hello auditors,

If a physician exam states alert and oriented would you give credit for neuro in the 95 general exam?

Sorry, in 95 general exam this is under psych. If we are counting organ systems can this be used for neuro? WE have a difference of opinion and would like to see how others view this issue! Some of us feel it needs to say Alert and Oriented x 3 to be counted as an organ system.
