Please help!!! Their is a disagreement in our office about CPT codes 95925 and 92585.
Can these two CPT codes be billed together?

CCI does not bundle them so based on that yes they can be billed together.

I don't have anyone doing this so I can't say what the outcome is or if it varies from payer to payer but based on CCI they shouldn't kick.

Laura, CPC, CPMA, CEMC

I looked at the descriptor in the coders desk reference and while there is a minimal overlap there does seem to be enough of a difference in not only what is being tested but also the information the physician is receiving. So add that to Laura's information regarding CCI, then I say it should be OK to bill together.
