Does anyone know what the difference is besides the 8 vs 16 channel with video recording, for the following codes 95950 vs. 95951. Does the physician have to be present to charge 95951? The co. took the machine to the patients's house and did 95951, there is a dispute with the insurance co. the the physician was not there for immediate intervention if needed.
