Was interested in feedback if you bill 96111 for PT, OT, SLP evals? In looking closer at the code, it should be Doctor supervised. We've been billing it for years, but now are having second thoughts. Thank you in advance for any feedback.

There are specific evaluation codes for PT, OT and SP. I would not bill 96111 for therapy evaluations.
