Wiki 96118 Scoring vs. Interpretation

For neuropsych testing codes 96118 and 96119, time spent on "interpretation" can be billed. There is no mention in the code book about time spent "scoring"....

Is scoring completely separate from interpretation?
Can time spent scoring be billed?
