I am looking for coding assistance with 96160 and 96127 for screening.

When can you bill 96160 for alcohol screening and what would be the screening ID 10?

When can you bill 96127 for depression screening and what is the screening diagnosis code?

Can you bill 96127 during a postpartum visit with a 99024 or an unlisted E&M code?

Can you bill 96160 with a postpartum visit and or an Unlisted E&M code?

What documentation is required for both codes?
