Wiki 96372 - Could someone clarify

Could someone clarify for me this discription in the CPT book:
Physician do not report 96372 for injections given without direct physician supervision. To report, use 99211. ??????? Who does this apply to? Is it saying a Physician needs direct supervision????

It simply means that the physician must be in the office. The physician does not have to actually watch the nurse give the injection.

I had the same problem, I think that the wording is very confusing.
