If a patient is scheduled to come in and just get a series of injections once a month, can you bill CPT 96372 with J code every time? or is 96372 already part of E/M when decided the need for injection so you can only bill J code?

You can bill 96372. As far as the J code, it's going to depend on who is providing the medicine to be injected. We have patients that come in for B12 injections or testosterone injections. They pick up the medicine at the pharmacy so we dont bill for it
