CCI - doesn't seem to address the following issue

pt receives 5FU 1000mg IVPush, then 3000mg continuous infusion via external pump.
Question, can you Bill Medicare for the 96411 and 96521 refilling (not an initial visit) on the same drug. Two different routes yet same drug.

I am interest in what everyone else things on this scenerio

Can anyone provide links or documentation to support that these are payable together? I have always billed this way without trouble but have one company recently denying this combination for 5FU admin.
