i work for a Dermatologist remote. Im having issues with some payers specifically UHC not paying the light box therapy since Sept, but have always paid this in the past. I also looked on UHC policy and guidelines to see if there were any changes and didnt see any. The denial states not payable. Anyone else having issues? Would appreciate any feedback. Thanks
