Does anyone know if this CPT code 96920 and 96921 is only payable a with psoriasis diagnosis?

Depends on the payer, since in my experience it usually requires an auth. The most common conditions we bill it for are atopic dermatitis, eczema, and psoriasis. Every once in a while it's billed for vitiligo, but that very rarely pays.
