Wiki 97032 not billable?

Started at a podiatry office last week and was told this code 97032 is not billable. They had a 3rd party billing company previously who did not communicate with them very much. Is it truly not a billable procedure or was it because they were missing something? I did some digging around and it looks like the girls here in the office do this procedure (not the doctors) and they aren't in attendance the whole time. So I was thinking code 97014 and G0281-G0283 for Medicare. Is anyone getting reimbursed for any of these? Thanks so much!
