Wiki 97164 billed with 97140

Hello, we billed Aetna commercial using 97164 and 97140:59. They denied for CO151 payer deems the information submitted does not support this many services. We asked for reconsideration with medical notes and they upheld. Any suggestions to overcome the denial? I bill for a chiropractic office with a PT that providers services.

aetna only allows eval once every 180 days and re-eval every 30 days. Regardless if patient was seen at other facilities.
