97597 included?

I went to seminar on new wound debridement codes. Instructor says you can bill 97597 with 11042 if there are different lesions of different depths.

Wouldn't the 97597 be included in the 20 sq cm of 11042 since 11042 includes debriding of dermin and epidermis??

It does not make sense to me?

Anyone else?
