A vendor is telling me that per CPT, 97750 (performance measurements) isn't billable when performed alone. It needs to performed in addition to a PT evaluation
(97001) or re-evaluation (97002) during the same session.

It is not designated as an add-on code. I have not found anything to support that it has to be performed with any other service. Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
