If a pt is an inpatient in a DRG facility and has a laparoscopy CPT 49320 how many days can we charge the 99024 post op for the surgeon?

When coding for the surgeon (aka profee), the DRG facility should not be relevant. You would use 99024 whenever providing services included in the global surgical package for however long the global period is for the surgery code used. 49320 has 10 day global.
I would imagine if your patient is inpatient longer than 10 days, you are probably treating something beyond the global surgical package.
The Medicare Global Surgery booklet is a great reference.
