Looking for info on code range 99050-99060. Is anyone using these codes? If I am interpreting 99051 correctly, This code should be reported in addition to the E/M when services are during advertised late hours. We just extended our Primary Care clinic hours from 8-5 to 7:30 to 7:30. Also interested in 99060 - When an OB doc is called out of the office to deliver, is it appropriate to report 99060? To me, it's an OB docs life to get interrupted for delivery at any given point in time during day or night.

Any info would be much appreciated.

My clinic has extended hours Monday-Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday and we bill 99051 along with the E/M code.
