99072, are modifiers needed?

How much do you charge for 99072 ( supplies & staff during pandemic) Thank you!

When billing out the 99072, does the E & m code need a mod 25 or when you have an e & m along with an in office procedure then adding the 99072 does a mod 59 need to be added to the 99072?

Do we know if when billing the e & m we attach a modifier 25 then add the 99072 or if when you have an e & m along with a in office procedure then listing the 99072 would you attach a mod 59 to the 99072?
 
My corporate offices determined that -25 will be added to visit depending on carrier. -59 is not being attached. I have personally yet to see any payments for it.
