Wiki 99211 with 87811/87635

i have a quick question, if pt is directed to go to physician office for covid test next day of E&M visit can we bill 99211 with 87811/87635?? please help. thank you

I am looking for the same answer and that link wasn't quite clear. I am looking to see if we can bill the 99211 (CS modifier) with 87635 if no office visit was performed.
