I am haveing problems getting this paid can anyone help. I have been using this as admitting doctor for observation status if they have Medicaid it is showing not on the MA fee scheduale. Can anyone help...what code should I be using as all my notes have 99219 is payable and 99217 as dc payable? and if they are admited and DC on the same date for observation do you use the range 99234-99236
Please help
