Dr. A admits patient for outpatient surgery. Dr. B from different practice see patient in ER within 90 days from surgery date and admits. Carrier denies Dr B's hospital admit based on 90 day global period from on Dr. A surgery. We have two different providers with different Tax id and NPI numbers. How can we get Dr. B's charges paid or are they payable with the 90 day global period? Any Assistance is Appreciated!
