I am trying to determine a charge amount for the cpt code 99339. I have tried cms website but in the fee schedule look-up it says charge not priced. Does anyone have an idea on other ways to determine the proper charge amount for this code? I appreciate any help!!

How do you price other codes on your chargemaster? I would choose one of your contracts and set all fees at a % of those rates, being careful not to charge less than your highest paid contract.
