We are trying to bill out MAT Medication Assistant Program. I am being told we should be using 99408 since our providers are counseling them. However, our facility is not seeing reimbursement. We put MOD 25 on the primary EM code and they are still denying it as a bundled code. My question is, are we using the right CPT for this service?
