I have seen these reimbursed by Medicare and most commercial payers without problems during the pandemic. I don't know if that will continue or not if and when the pandemic ends.

Incidentally, these codes are for telephone services, not telehealth.

Yes, we got paid by Medicare and most commercial insurances. However Medi-Cal, AARP, Medicaid don't pay it.
