Wiki 99459 Pelvic Exam

Does anyone have insight on using the new pelvic exam code? I work in an OB/GYN office and have a provider asking. All I can find is that it is for "4 minute chaperone of pelvic exam" which tells me nothing. Any help will be greatly apprecited.
