I know that 99464 and 99465 are not reported together. Is this true for twins/multiples? Can 99464 or 99465 be reported for each twin? Thanks!
 
Hi

Yes true for multiples as well, but you can report 99464 for each baby. Another code to look at is 99360 if you want to bill the 99465 if it applies, but that code has to be for at least 30 minutes,can't report it if less than 30 minutes. Time should also be documented in the medical record.
