Can anyone please clarify the difference between 99477 and 99468 E/M levels. Which code should be used if the neonate is kept in NICU and the physician monitors the neonate?

Per CPT guidelines:

When a neonate or infant is not critically ill but requires intensive observation, frequent interventions, and other intensive care services, the Continuing Intensive Care Services codes (99477-99480) should be used to report these services.
