hello all :)
i need help from all of you please. we billed cigna for covid vaccine pfizer second does and just billed cpt 0002A and 91300 but when we get payment we get additional code 99499 that we have not even billed. is that the code we really need to bill when we bill covid vaccine or it could be systme error from cigna. we did call customer rep and talked with their supervisor too but they have no answer. please help if anyone of you is getting this kind of situation.
