Anyone out there in the coding world know if 99605, 99606 and G0108 are bundled?

there is no bundle between g0108 and 99605 or 99606. Also, if patient is new then it should be coded with 99605 & if patient is established then coded with 99606. lastly, if Dr. spend more 15 minutes then can code additional code 99607 with both 99605 snd 99606.
