If a patient has a CT angiography of the abdomen (74175) AND a unilateral (or bilateral) renal angiography 75722 (75724) do we code both the abdomen code AND the unilateral or bilateral renal code? Or is the renal considered included in the abdomen..is it double billing to bill both?
 
The 75724, 75722 codes describe selective studies in Interventional Radiology and would not be coded with a CTA (which is non-invasive).
