Access site: right common femoral artery with ultrasound guidance

Procedure: the right groin was prepped and draped in a sterile standard fashion. Using real-time ultrasound guidance and micropuncture needle, access obtained into the right common femoral artery. Image saved. Wire advanced. Sheath placed. Catheter advanced into the proximal abdominal aorta. Abdominal aortogram performed. Catheter placed in the lower abdominal aorta. Pelvic arteriogram performed. Over the bifurcation, glide catheter advance initially to the left common femoral artery and then into the left superficial femoral artery and selective left lower extremity arteriogram runoff performed and the the catheter removed and using the sheath in the right groin, selective right lower extremity arteriogram performed. Sheath removed.

Surgeon documented all finding from abdominal aorta, pelvis artery, and bilateral lower extremities.

Am I correct to assign
36247 - catheterization in left superficial femoral
76716 - bilateral lower extremities run-off
76725 - for abdominal aortogram and pelvis arteriogram

Thank you.
