LT heart cath -can I code 75625 for this aortogram? Non-Medicare patient.

Access right radial artery, coronary angiography was performed. Left coronary system was accessed and visualized with catheter. The right coronary system was accessed and visualized with cathether. Left ventricle/aortic valve gradient assessed on pullback. Left ventriculogram was performed in LAO projection. An aortogram of the abdominal aorta was performed. Closure device was deployed.
Coronary anatomy is co-dominant. Left main coronary artery is med size vessel. There is 50% stenosis in ostial segment. LIMA to lad was known to be open in previous cath. The circumflex artery is a medium size vessel. There is 50% stenosis is the ostial segment. The first obtuse marginal branch is medium size vessel. There is 100% stenosis in proximal segment. It is collaterlized. The right coronary artery is small size vessel. There is 100% stenosis in the proximal segment. The left ventricle is normal in size w/normal contractility. The left ventricle ef is est. to be 50%. Total occluded abdominal aorta.
Thank you.
