Our provider Podiatrist by specialty is billing Ankle Brachial Index 93922 and getting denied from Medicare saying this does not match his specialty.

Which company do you have the machine through to do the ABI testing. If it is PadNet then contact them to help you appeal the decision. Be sure to include a copy of your state's scope of practice for podiatry. You might have to go past the 1st level appeal also.
