We got an authorization on 93656 but the insurance company is denying the add on codes of 93655, 93662-26, 93622-26 due to no auth. We don't know they are going to use those codes until they do the procedure. How do we get them paid?
 
There was a suggestion on here a while back about putting every possible code on the surgical authorization request. Then, when you do one of the ones that you didn't expect to have to do, you're covered.

We tried to do that add the insurance companies denied the auth
