Hello,
I need assistance with CPT codes for the following ablation procedure done by interventional radiologist. I have come up with possible HCPCs codes. Can someone please confirm the codes and provide the fee if available.
Thyroid nodule ablation - 0673T
varicocele ablation - 37241
Uterine artery ablation - 0071T & 0072T
Prostate arterial ablation - 0714T
