We are vein specialists. We are not DMEPOS contracted providers. Our services require conservative stocking therapy. If we give the patient a script for stockings to go to a DME provider; and they choose instead to go to our aesthetic company side and purchase for cash a pair of stockings is there any problem or a conflict with this? It is a separate organization. Do we need to have any forms like an ABN or Financial Responsibility form for Medicaid signed by the patient? TY for your expertise!
