Wiki ABN modifiers

Would someone be able to further clarify the modifiers that became effective with Medicare as of 4/1/10 that pertain to the ABNs. We are an Ambulatory Surgery Center- GI and we are not sure in what circumstance we would be using the GX modifier. Thanks in advance.

There is an MLN Matters article on the Florida Medicare website #MM6563 that explains the modifier issue fairly well.
