i have a doubt..

pregnant patient with 1h abnormal GTT but she passed 3h GTT,

can i code O99.810 for that or no need to code anything...need your help.

Yes, that would be correct as you do have 1 abnormal result, but it did not rise to the next level.
 
I work for an OB/GYN residency program. They tend to pull this diagnosis code O99.810 forward to the next visit even though the patient passed the 3h GTT. Should this diagnosis code continue to follow the patient? Any advice is much appreciated. Thank you

In my opinion, no, it should not beyond the next appointment if her blood glucose levels have dropped to normal.
