HELP!!!

Looking for specific information from Palmetto Medicare for N. CA regarding ABNs and anesthesiologists.

Such as if patient is having elective surgery and the surgeon obtains an ABN and/or the hospital obtains an ABN does it cover the anesthesiologist?
