If we're billing out DOS prior to 1/1/13 are we using the new codes?

You have to utilize codes that are/ were in effect on the date of service for which
you are billing.

Thanks, that's what I thought, but wasn't quite sure and didn't want a flood of denials after I send out this batch of claims.
