Wiki Abscess Drainage and Catheter Placement

I need some help when a patient comes in for an abscess drainage and subsequently has a catheter placed in that abscess. Do you code both the drainage( eg 49061) and the placement ( 49420 )?
 
49061 (retroperitoneal drainage) includes the placement of the catheter. I assume you mean the catheter was placed in the same session.
