Patient came in for issues related to an accident which will be a liability claim and the physician also saw he for bronchitis. He wrote two separate notes and gave me two encounters. He wants one sent to commercial insurance for the bronchitis and the other claim she has an attorney for the liability claim. Can I bill for both of these? I appreciate any help on this.
