Trying to determine the CPT code for :
1. Ant.cervical interbody fusion C6-7
2. Implantation of PEEK spacer C6-7
3. Ant. plating C6-7
4. Ant. diskectomy and foraminotomy C6-7
5. Removal of Plate C5-6
6. Exploration of fusion C5-6
Also, any material that would be a good resource for surgeries would be welcomed -- esp. if written for a "layperson" i.e. clearly.
