Wiki Achilles tendon coding question

Good morning--
My doc did an excision of the paratenon from the achilles tendon. Does anybody have a suggestion regarding the cpt code for this. The only thing I can find is an Achilles debridement, unlisted procedure. Any suggestions will be greatly apprectiated!! Have a great week!

Was it fatty tissue or synovial? Also, we may need a little more information on this about the excision itself.

"A longitudinal incision was made over the Achilles tendon down to the heel and dissection carried down through the skin and subcutaneous tissue. The paratenon was identified and the soft tissued freed up in the paratenon on both sides. Then the paratenon was split medially and laterally and then peeled off the tendon. The tendon itself was normal with no thickening, swelling or abnormal areas."
